At Vorrenne, we aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If an issue arises, we provide a clear process for returns and refunds outlined below. This policy applies to all orders placed on Vorrenne within the contiguous United States.

1. 30 Day Returns Window

You can submit a returns request within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • No visible signs of use
  • Returned with original packaging and included components
  • Not damaged after delivery

3. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer after delivery

4. How to start your Return

Returns must only be sent to our address after authorization by our support team. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vorrenne.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.

If your return is approved, you will receive step-by-step return instructions to return the item back to us.

5. Return Method

All returns are processed by mail.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of return approval.

Customers must ship the item using a reliable, trackable shipping service. Vorrenne is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit without valid tracking information.

6. Shipping Cost & Responsibility for Returns

If the issue is on our end (defective, damaged, or incorrect item):

  • Vorrenne covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • A replacement or full refund will be promptly arranged based on your preference.

If the return is customer-initiated (e.g., preference, incorrect selection, change of mind):

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier, including all shipping costs associated with sending the item back.
  • Customer must use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Restocking Fees: A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for change of mind returns.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email by our support team
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method used at checkout
  • Once the refund is issued from our system, you will automatically receive an email confirmation confirming that your order has been refunded.
  • After we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the funds in your account

If the return is not approved, we will explain the reason in writing.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item following the process outlined in Section 4, and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

10. Items That Arrive Damaged or Faulty

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will review the issue and ensure a prompt resolution according to your preference.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

12. Consumer Rights Under U.S. Law

Your statutory consumer rights under U.S. federal and state law are not affected by this policy.
